cant use elementor for free

  I did all the steps to install elementor but right after I enter the site title it shows up a problem

  You can’t install third party plugins on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan.
  But you really don’t need Elementor as the WordPress.com Blocks do the same and don’t produce heavy and sloppy html.
