Can’t use work email to associate with my account

    Good afternoon,
    I tried to set up my account with WordPress but it would not let me use my work email address which is ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’.
    Just to clarify this is a Gmail​ account that I have through my G Suite account.
    Instead, I had to use my personal Gmail​ account ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ email account.
    Every time I tried to input my ellarose email account it said ‘please use a working email. I can assure you I have sent and received emails to this account. Before I proceed with purchasing my annual subscription for the premium account with WordPress I wanted to know if there was a way to fix this so I can have (email visible only to moderators and staff) be the email account associated with my WordPress​ account.
    Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated so I can resolve this prior to making payment and so that I can keep my work email separate from my personal email.
