Can't view "Edit My Profile" page

  Whenever I try to view the “Edit My Profile” page, this message pops up:

  “The page isn’t redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.”

  However, my computer DOES accept cookies. I’ve visited the My Support page, cleared my cache and my cookies, made sure my pop-up blocker allows popups from WordPress, checked for plugins that may not be installed, reconfigured Firefox, tried a different isp, etc. I feel like I’ve done everything and I still can’t access that darn page! Can someone help?

  Hi. Did you say “plugins”, as in WordPress plugins? If so, you have a self-hosted WordPress blog and are in the wrong forum. Please ask your question at http://wordpress.org/support

  I was merely giving examples of the troubleshooting I was doing. My address is http://dailymuse.wordpress.com (if it’s even live). That’s why I need help; I can’t publish a post if I have no way of editing my page.

  1. Check your browser preferences and make sure it is set to accept cookies.

  2. Try a different browser if you have one installed on your system, and also what version of Firefox are you having problems with?

  As I mentioned in my original post, my browser is set to accept cookies.

  I’ve tried Safari and Internet Explorer, and neither work. I’m on Firefox 5.0.1.

  What is the URL of your site? Do you have your own domain name mapped to your site here?

  The blog that you’re referring to belongs to a different user account.

  You don’t actually have any blogs registered to your account.
