can’t view my new wordpress.com site
-
I recently signed up for new wordpress.com account (https://soulguidepamelamoss.wordpress.com) and paid for business subscription. My virtual assistant Sandra Williams set it up for a big launch last Friday. BUT I did not realize (she didn’t either) that my site is somehow linked to hers, and cannot be viewed without her double-confirmation (enter email & pw, then enter code sent to her phone). PROBLEM: she has been in the hospital since Thursday, with no access to computer or phone. Is there a way to get into the account to make my site viewable? HELP!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’m afraid not.
That site and all upgrades connected to it belongs to the account with the username,
araneaeblogYour account is also a user on that site, but at the Contributor level. Contributors can only create new posts, but they can’t publish them, nor change any settings for the site. Only an admin on the site can invite new users or change the permissions of existing users on the site, and we cannot make any such changes at request from a non-admin account on the site.
I realise this must be frustrating, but unless we’re contacted from the
araneaeblogaccount there is nothing we can do here.
