Can't view online

  I recently changed my WordPress and site address. The WordPress site is published and I still can’t see my website online. When I try to look at website online it says ” site has been deleted by owner”. Not sure what to do.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site that you linked to above, https://jandgspecialtychemicals.wordpress.com, is publicly visible. Are you referring to that or another site? What’s the deleted address (URL)?

  @jeffgrassley, if you changed the address of your WordPress.com site, that’s the message you will see when trying to access the old address.

  If you can share more details, we may be able to clarify further.

  Musicdoc1, I want to apologize for my lack of understanding on this topic as I am very new to this.

  I couldn’t see that website (jandgspecialtychemicals.wordpress.com) online, it is the new website with address. In frustration with my ability to resolve that issue, I then created a different website with the address (jgspecialtychemicals.wordpress.com).

  I had similar problems with the second one (jgspecialtychemicals.wordpress.com) as I did with the first. I could search and find either one online if I entered (https://) ahead of the names.

  Before changing the website and address, I only needed to enter the name without (https://).

  Hi @jeffgrassley, if I type jandgspecialtychemicals.wordpress.com in my address bar it comes up without the deleted site message.

  Are you still having any trouble with the deleted site error? If so, can you copy the address from the browser and share that here? We’ll help you get to the bottom of this.

  I could search and find either one online if I entered (https://) ahead of the names.

  If you were able to do that before and can’t anymore, even now, would you be willing to see if it’s something going on in your browser? Just try another browser for a moment to see if the issue clears up.
