  Hi all – I’m looking to build a website that allows users to create profiles and then save/bookmark articles from a blog. Is that a functionality WordPress has?

  Hello there,

  This is possible to create with WordPress.com and you would need to have a membership plugin in use to power that.

  For a membership plugin the site would need to be on the business plan.
