Card charged in spite of cancellation of subscription

    Hi,
    I had cancelled the subscription, yet my removed card has been charged. Please revert this ASAP as I do not manage the site anymore.

    Hi there,

    Of what subscription are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here does not own any paid upgrades with WordPress.com, and the last charge I can see in your account was made in February 2018 for a Jetpack plan that has since been cancelled.

    If you’ve been charged for a subscription belonging to a different WordPress.com account, please log in as the correct account and comment here to confirm.
