  I want to purchase a premium plan for my website.I have tried many times but my card was declined.It also said ‘contact support error HYTFSI’

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
