Cards Denied

    I’m trying to purchase wordpress.com premium but it keeps declining my cards. I don’t understand why, my cards work on a day to day basis buying gasoline and other items. Please help me find a fix for this.

    Hi there,

    Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
