Carousel Comments not working

  When any visitor tries to comment in the carousel gets the following message:

  “Sorry, but there was an error posting your comment. Please try again later.”

  I already tried every kind of configuration having the same results.

  Please try temporarily deactivating all other plugins to see if one of those may be the cause.

  If not, theme functions can sometimes interfere like plugins, so please try temporarily switching to the Twenty Eleven theme.

  For the moment I just hidden comments with CSS, But will try your suggestion ASAP.
