  I don’t know how to start. Someone created the site and is up and running, but out of date. I am not acquainted with websites but quick to learn. I just don’t know where to start and where to get information.

  Hi there,

  I’m not sure I understood your question. You have a site (already set up) with another provider, and you are looking to import that site into WordPress.com so you can more easily work on it?

  Or is your intent to start a new replacement site here, and launch it to take the place of the one you have now?
