Categories + Drop Down Menu

I tried to make a drop down menu for my lifestyle blog. I just recently started and I feel so dumb for not being able to figure this out but I made each drop down option a category. I made an ‘about me’ page but I can’t figure out how to assign my about me blog post to that category. It shows up in my home page but when I click on the ‘about me’ tab, there’s nothing there. I don’t know what to do.

No problem, I’ll be happy to take a look! I see you have created several categories for your posts here. Would you like all categories listed under one link in the menu? For example, Blog.
I made an ‘about me’ page but I can’t figure out how to assign my about me blog post to that category.
“About Me” is a page but categories can only be assigned to posts, which is why the option isn’t there:
Do you want to have a static “About Me” page where visitors can read an overview about you/your blog, as well as category for any posts about you? I noticed you also created an “About Me” category, so I just want to check what your plans are :)
