Categories section not showing up?

  Hi, I’m trying to add pages to their own respective section, but only one page has the Categories section appearing. Other pages I create do not have this feature.

  For reference, this is what I mean: this and this. Only 1 page has access through Edit Page feature to access Categories. I tried applying that one page to all the page types I’ll need, but no luck. Is there a limit to how many pages a Free user can make on WordPress? It’s the only thing I can think of that could cause this problem?

  If not, how do I resolve this issue with the WordPress website? It clearly has nothing to do with what browser I use and my internet is fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  Also, I can’t seem to make page links go to the actual page? It keeps landing back on the main page, not the pages I intended for the links to go to. The links belong to the pages I want to visit, but they keep landing on the main page as stated. Can anyone tell me what’s happening? Thanks for reading!
