Category affects my post url

When I add a post to a Category the post url gets changed – what do I do to avoid that?
E.g I have a post with the url: ‘/category1/post’ because the post is added to ‘category1’ then I add the post to yet another category (‘category2’) and then my url automatically change into: ‘/category2/post’
What can I do so I can have my post both added to ‘category1’ and ‘categroy2’ but without the url changing? -

The problem I have occur when I want to add this post:

to a subcategory like this:

I have actually added my post to:
http://www.clpolering.dk/rengoring/solceller/haslev
But when I create a subcategory called ‘solceller/ringsted’ and add my post to that category, it changes my url :(

ehh..? Sorry, I have no clue what’s the difference between wp.com and wp.org…?
I thought WP was WP – does two different WP systems exist?
How are one able to tell the difference between .com and .org WP-blogs/sites?
Sorry if I ask a question that seems common knowledge – but I really haven’t heard about this before :( -
