category headers in PLANE theme?

    I am retired and not the most tech-savvy person. I’ve looked for answers in the forums and don’t see one.

    I chose PLANE theme because it looked a lot like a theme I used and loved for ten years, 2009-2019 — CONTEMPT. (Now many features I used are sadly no longer included in the free version, but I digress.)

    I have started building a simple history site but I don’t know how to have a title heading, i.e. RECENT POSTS, CATEGORIES, ARCHIVES, etc. over those blocks in my sidebar. I created headings and stuck them there but it looks foolish. Also, in the demo version of PLANE, there is a line under each title heading.
