Category to pages WUD plugin – 301 errors

    I’m currently using the Sydney theme, and have created page categories using the category to pages WUD plugin. I have created some categories with content, checked the permalinks are set to have the /category/ prefix, but when i go to the URL i just get a 301 error. However product category pages are fine!
    I’ve set my category pages up specifically for SEO, so really need them to be viewable and indexable, can anyone help?

    Hi robdesktop,

    internet-solved.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost, rather than WordPress.com. There is some information about the key differences between the two in this support documentation:
