  can I have a banner advertising a meeting with no money making in it ?

  A group has approached me to see if a banner promoting an “Orphan Drug” class to be held in Boston can be displayed on my http://www.orphandruganaut.wordpress blog. There is no exchange of $$ for this type of transaction. Can this be done ?

  As long as no money is changing hands, and you’re just using something like an image widget in your sidebar, that should be fine.

  Thank you so much for your answer.

  There is no exchange of $$ & I would only be using a link (will be in a list of other meetings) or an image widget in my sidebar to point to them.

  Can the meeting website have an image link back to my wordpress.com blog ?

  That’s an issue for the external site, it’s not a WordPress issue at all.
