That domain was mapped to your WordPress.com site. A few months ago, you plan expired and the mapping stopped working.
If you want to continue using that domain on WordPres.com you need to upgrade to a plan.

I already tried to upgrade plan and got the error message: “This upgrade is not available for Jetpack site”. January is critical for my business. Our website has to run as soon as possible and this is emergency situation for our business.

@myungmartialarts I see, it looks like this site was on a business plan and was not properly downgraded.
If you’d like, we can go ahead and revert the site to a free status, then you can add a plan again. Any outside plugins and themes will be lost.
Or we can help you re-add your business plan. What would you like to do?

After free status change, can we go back to business upgrade from our backup for the worst case? If yes, please change to free status, then I can do myself.

Hi Sandy,
If you still want to use the Business Plan we can restore that for you directly, and that would be the best option in that case.
If we revert your site back to a free site, some content you added while the Business Plan was active may be lost, and it might not be possible for you to install plugins again on this specific site in future.
It sounds like you do still want the Business Plan, so I’m going ahead and emailing you a link to pay for the plan’s renewal. Once we receive your payment we can manually reactivate the plan on your site, and help you re-register your domain and get everything set up back the way it was before the plan expired.

Please comment here when you’ve completed the payment, and also confirm whether you want the domain, myungmartialart.com, which you had registered with us, or the domain, myungmartialarts.com which is registered with GoDaddy.com, connected to the site.
It looks like you used to have both connected here, but currently only myungmartialarts.com is registered – myungmartialart.com does not currently exist as it expired in June and has since been removed from our system.
