Certificate expired

Hello there, I’m contacting you for I’ve been having troubles with my website : whenever I try to access it, there’s a message being displayed telling that some sort of certificate has expired and so it has become impossible to look at its contents. Aside from that, I lost the identifications needed to connect myself to my personal space (since I payed someone to create the website for me), I’ve already tried all the possible ids with no success. Is it possible for you to inform me the e-mail witch the website sent is connected to so that I can try to recover my informations please ?
Recently I decided to recover it so that I can update the pages with new contents, but unfortunately I can’t do anything.WP.com: Unknown
