certificates issued incomplete due to updates on the peters login direct plugin

    Hello,
    Every time there is an update for the peters login direct, it messes up my registration page, which effects the information collected for the completion certificate for my users. What happens is the certificate comes up blank at the end of the course because the update has done something to erase that info. My users will take this certificate to their state exam site, unknowingly incomplete. Makes for a very bad business on my part. How can this be avoided and how can I get it fixed right now??

    Hi @completenotarylearning, it sounds like you may be referring to a site that is not hosted here with us.

    Can you get in touch with the plugin maker and let them know more details about the error you’re running into? They may well have seen it before and have a solution ready for you.
