Change admin email not working

  Hi, i’m in the backend of our website wearegoodnature.com trying to reset the administrator email and it’s not sending through the confirmation email for us to reset. It says an email will be sent through to confirm new admin email but we’re not receiving anything in junk folders etc to any email we set it to. please may you help? thanks
