Change Billing Currency

Hi Support, can you please help to switch my billing currency from SGD to MYR?
In fact, it sounds silly to me that we have to get support on such a simple matter. I can’t believe you guys have been living this way for such a long time (since 2017 at least)! I believe this can be resolved by providing user a flexible interface to switch the billing currency.

I’m afraid that we do not offer support for payments in MYR.
I would be happy to change your account’s assigned currency, but it needs to be to one of the currencies we accept. Please see the list here:
