  My father passed away and I need the billing for his Family Tree site sent to me at my email address.

  We’ll be able to transfer ownership of the WordPress.com account to you if you send us the following:

  * A copy of the deceased user’s death certificate

  * A power of attorney or legal document stating your authority to act on behalf of the deceased, or a signed, notarized statement including:

  – Your first and last name
  – Your current contact information
  – Your email address
  – Your relationship to the deceased user
  – The action you’re requesting (e.g.,Please transfer ownership of the account.)
