Change billing ownership

How do I transfer billing ownership to another administrator? I am no longer going to be paying for the upgrades. Please show me how.

Staff can transfer ownership of blogs and/or upgrades to other users for you, or you can use this guide to transfer them yourself:
However, I see that you already transferred ownership of the blog http://yongeybuddhistcenter.wordpress.com/ and its upgrades, so you’re all set with that blog.
