Change billing plan

    We have moved our website from wordpress to squarespace our google g-suite business is still attached top wordpress as a reseller we would like to go through the process of going through google direct. Can you please advise the steps to go from wordpress to google direct subscription.

    Hi there!

    It appears the Google Workspace subscription for the domain you mentioned is on a different WordPress.com account, not the @hello37a2f218ed account you’re posting from. However, I checked and found that you canceled the Google Workspace subscription from WordPress.com today. Canceling is the correct way to transfer the subscription to Google.

    You’ll soon receive an email from Google asking to set up billing directly with them so that you can continue paying Google for your Google Workspace subscription.
