  How do I change my blog URL?

  I suggest you NOT do that, however. With a new blog that doesn’t have many followers, just register the new URL you want and set the existing blog to Private. That way you have a private blog to tinker with themes and so on, which is very useful over time.

  Also, if you DO follow the instructions on that link, the old URL is dead forever. And you’ve got a good URL. You should keep it in your back pocket.
