Change contact form on set theme

I am trying to change the required fields of the contact forms I have on my site. I am using the theme ‘moody’ so from what I understand I am limited to only use the contact form settings of the actual theme. Bascially, I need to change a few fields (mandatory fields) but don’t seem to know how. I have tried changing the fields by going to the ‘contact’ category, then selecting the contact form I wish to change (e.g. contact form 2), then ‘form’. In the ‘form’ section there seems to be some kind of coding, e.g.
[text* your-name placeholder ‘Name *’]. I want to add a mandatory phone number field with country code. Can anyone tell me how to do this please
