Change currency from pounds to dollars

  Hi,
  Our account was opened by a member of our group who lives in England but I live in the US and wanted to upgrade our account in dollars. Is there a way to change from pounds to dollars? We are trying to upgrade during the 20% off the upgrade fee which ends today. If someone could help that would be great!
