change date of a post

  I have been told by support at my website host that I can’t export my blog like I want to, to wordpress. If I copy and paste them into wordpress, can I change the date of them?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s horrible! Yes, you can change the date before or after publishing. On the Write Post or Edit Post page of the dashboard, in the right-hand sidebar there’s a calendar icon. Click it, change the date/time, click Update and you’re done.
