    I am having a lot of trouble with an AAAA record in my DNS, but I can’t access my DNS records in WordPress.com, which is where I believe the problem to be. Cloudflare and GoDaddy, when I open the DNS records for this site, don’t show any AAAA records. This is but another problem I have had with WordPress.com.

    Hi there, If you have jetpack installed and connected to your WP website, you can manage the aspects of your site having to do with WordPress here on WordPress.com, but not your domain settings.

    Changing domain settings on your self-hosted WP website needs to be done at your domain registrar, which looks to be GoDaddy LLC, or with Cloudflare, not here on WordPress.com

    In general, for help with your WP site, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
