  Hi, I want to change DNS of my domain in order to point to my own server with my own wordpress instalation. How can I do it?

  Hi there,
  If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/#update-nameservers

  Thanks for reply,

  The problem is that wordpress.com only allow me to use A, CNAME, MX, TXT and SRV records and I dont know how to point my domain (not subdomain) to my own server.. Is it posible with A, CNAME, MX, TXT or SRV records?

  Hi, first of all, thanks.

  I know NS domains. Provider is digitalocean and the name is ns1, ns2 and ns3.digitalocean.com

  Is it?

  Excellent. Then all you need to do is to log into your domain manager and set those nameservers using these instructions:

  Hi,

  The problem is that my admin panel is different..

  My DNS editor only allows me to use MX, TXT, CNAME, A and SRV dns types.

  Imgur is giving me a “too much traffic” notice right now, so I can’t see the screenshots. But I expect that the issue is that you are not posting from the WordPress.com account that owns magariinsieme.com.

  In order to make nameserver changes, you will need to log into the WordPress.com account that owns magariinsieme.com.
