change domain name

  Hi,

  My domain name is currently townehallnotes.com and I want to change the name, does this mean I have toregister and pay for a new domain name? I want to get rid of townehallnotes completely but not have to pay the domain fee to register pecksyponders.com…is there a way to just change it? kind of like I changed the username?

  Registered domain names can’t be changed. Canceling a domain means you completely give up ownership of the domain and it will not become available to register somewhere else for at least 35 days. If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to confirm.
