  Hi there,

  I see at one point you had the Business Plan on your site and had installed plugins. When you do that, we make some changes to how the site works behind the scenes that prevents you from doing certain things like changing the site address.

  I can revert your site back to how it was before you installed any plugins, and then you will be able to do this. However, this will cause any content that was on your site since then to be lost.

  It does appear your site is empty at the moment, but please confirm if you want me to proceed with this process.

  One more question, when you change it back can I re-add the pluggins like the jet pack without being charged?

  Hi there,

  To use any plugin you’ll need to to have the Business plan. However, all of Jetpack’s features are already pre-built into WordPress.com, therefore there’s no need in installing it. You can see a list of all the features here:

  Also, since the domain registration is included in all of our plans, you’ll need to purchase one before registering a new domain.
