I’m trying to change my email address from the old one, which no longer exists ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) ), to the new one ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) ). Unfortunately, your system has blocked me from logging in, so obviously, I can’t reset my password because I can’t get into the mypostoffice site.
I have created this new site to enable me to contact you. Could you please send reset instructions to my new email address, i.e., (email visible only to moderators and staff)

I tried filling in your account recovery form but it made no sense whatsoever.
It’s difficult to understand what appears very easy i.e., a change of email address.
Yet I’ve spent hours trying to follow your instructs to no avail. If I can’t change my email, please cancel my subscription.Kindest regards,
