change email address

  Hi there, I’d like to update my email address. However, I didn’t receive a verification or confirmation email from WordPress.

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I checked on our end and can confirm that we sent that out, you checked your new email address inbox, yes?

  To clarify, the verification message will not go to the old email address you had set previously, but instead is sent to the new email address you are trying to switch to.

  If you look in that inbox do you see the message [WordPress.com] New Email Address waiting for you there? You can click on the link in that email to finalize the change.

  Thank you very much!! Could you possibly send a new one or send again please? I either didn’t get in the new email address or accidently deleted.

  It may help to search the email subject (I mentioned it above) to make sure it did not end up in spam.

  To send yourself a new one, simply cancel the current email address change here: https://wordpress.com/me/account/

  Once you have cancelled it, you can change it again, which will send out a new verification email.
