  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any sites on WordPress.com yet. Can you send a link to the site you need help with?

  If it was created with self hosted WordPress.org software, please post to the WordPress.org support for advice. It would also be worth checking your spam folder in case the email has gone — if it isn’t, your host should be able to confirm whether it was sent from their servers successfully.

  I’ll be happy to check where the site is hosted if you aren’t sure.
