  Hi there,

  I can see that you cancelled and refunded your custom domain purchase for lotusacupunture.co.uk

  Because you are no longer the owner of that domain, it’s not possible to send email to/from that address anymore. If I can ask, what is the domain that you are wanting to switch to? I don’t see any other domains under your account so I was not sure.
