Change Logo Size

I am working on a website that somebody else created and i am new to wordpress.com. I cant find a way to decrease the logo size in the header. There is no pencil icon that comes up and no option to customize the logo size when I go to Appearance–>Customize. Does anyone know how to adjust the logo size? Thank you

Hi there, you may need to download the logo file and resize it in an external image editing program.
What WPcom site are you working on or which theme is activated on the site?
