Change MasterCard details for renewals

  I have renewals due in next 3 days.

  The renewal notice refers to an old cancelled MasterCard. My account has the correct new MasterCard details. Will the renewal charges be charged to the new recorded MasterCard on our WordPress account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In theory, yes.

  However, there may be an issue. The WordPress.com user account you are posting from does not own any active upgrades.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. That account is the one that will need to have the updated payment information.

  What is the specific upgrade that needs to be renewed?

  Thanks for the response. Yes I now find I have 2 accounts and have finally been able to effect the renewals.
