Change my email/email is already use

    I want to change my primary email from yahoo to gmail.com but I keep getting an error that its already in use, even though I deleted my other account with my gmail.com email in it.

    Hi there,

    What is the Gmail address? Type it on its own line, and it will be hidden automatically so only staff can see it.

    How long ago did you delete the other account? If it was less than 30 days ago, that account’s data has not yet been deleted from our system completely, which would mean technically the email is still in use.

    To have the email deleted manually, please reply to the email we sent you when you closed that account to request it.
