  I need to change my primary email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and want to change wordpress.com My Noire’s Core

  Hello there,

  The email can be changed here: https://wordpress.com/me/account

  To set a custom primary domain, this can be done via Upgrades > Domains > Add new.

  Please note in order to set a new custom primary domain, the site would need to be on a paid plan.
