  Hello! I really want to get the pragatiprasad.wordpress.com url. It looks like no one has posted on that site in almost 7 years. How can i get it? I want to replace the dasarpitagarp.wordpress.com url with the pragatiprasad.wordpress.com url instead. Is this possible?

  The owner has right over the domain URL even if they do not update the content under the domain. The best bet in retrieving the domain from the user is to contact them directly and see if they are willing to transfer it over to you.
