Change my website url to match my current username

  Hello,

  My current username on wordpress is ‘[xxxx]’. And my url to access my blog is ‘[yyyy].wordpress.com’. I would like to change the url to match my username.

  I can’t change this in ‘Account Settings’ because latach is my current username. In order to change the url, I need to change my username first to a temporary name. But WordPress allows changing a username only once.

  Can you help me please?

  Hi! You don’t need to change the username to change the blog address. Have you seen these details to change a site address? https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
