    how is it possible that someone can change Admin email and block my website

    What site do you need help with?

    WordPress.com sites don’t have an admin email, as the email address is set at account level, not site level, and only someone logged into a WordPress.com account can change the email address for that account.

    If you’re speaking of a site using the open source WordPress.org software at another host, please contact your hosting provider directly for help regaining access to your site.
