Change of domain

I used to have my website, bannernprint.com linked with wordpress. However, I have changed my site to bigcommerce thus lost connection to wp-admin. I used plugins such as woocommerce while I was using wordpress and I spent some money on subscriptions of those plugins. However, I forgot which plugins I paid for. Is there a way for me to access wp-admin or like main account to cancel those subscriptions and stop paying? Thank you.

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it was hosted (before Bigcommerce) by Siteground. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you can ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

Does that mean if my site is not hosted by wordpress, subscription for plugins such as woocommerce will be automatically canceled?

@bannernprint sorry we misunderstood.
If you have purchased previous subscriptions (hosting, plugins, etc), I’d recommend cancelling them explicitly with the providers you purchased them from.
WooCommerce itself is free, but if you bought extensions for it, please reach out via https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/ . If you aren’t able to log into the correct account, you can use the sales form.
