Change of Domain name

  Hello,
  Last week I bought a new domain because I wanted to rebrand my website. A friend help me to replace the old with the new domain, however, it hasn’t worked.
  It’s left neither web addresses working, and WordPress is saying I don’t have a site anymore. Could somebody please advise me on what the problem may be here? So so keen to repair this.
