Change of domain name

    My wordpress plan is about to be renewed, and I was thinking if it is possible for me to change to a different domain name in my coming renewal? Or I would need to cancel it first? What should I do?

    Hi @funnybunnyphotography, you’d be welcome to add another domain now, then let the old one expire when you’re ready. It can be nice to have some overlap, because as long as the old domain is active, it can redirect to the new one. That way search engines can update their links, and if you’ve had your name out on business cards and what not, people who type the old address will still reach your new site.
