Change of email address confirmation email

  Hi,

  I am contacting you because I am attempting to change my email address but I am not receiving the confirmation email in my new email address inbox. I have checked the spam as well and nothing here.

  Could you please help?

  Are you trying to change the admin email address for your site or the email associated with your WordPress.com account?

  We can only help with the latter, as your site is hosted with Bluehost rather than WordPress.com.
  It seems that the issue you’re experiencing is a known one in WordPress.org. I have found this video that may help you resolve it.

  If you still need help, try asking at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. Folks from the WordPress community may be able to advise better.

  Hi,

  Thank you for your response. I watch the video you sent and a few others on youtube that were recommended and found the perfect plugin to get the issue sorted thanks to one of the videos.
