change of email address / forgotten password

  HELP REQUIRED PLEASE. I have had to change my email address due to domaine changes etc from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) Like a fool, I cannot remember my old password. Double jepardy! How do access my old subscription management lists using my new email address? Thanks

  Hi there,

  If you no longer have access to that email address, I’m afraid there’s no way to access subscriptions for that email any more. We can only provide you with a link to access those subscriptions if you are contacting us from that email address.

  But that old email doesn’t have any active subscriptions in any case, as it is currently blocking all emails from us.
