change of email confirmation not sent

    I need to update the email address on my website that is a wordpress website. I never receive a confirmation email at the new address: the old address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) – but that is not a working email: the working email is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    Please advise

    Hi there,

    From what I can see your WordPress.com account is currently set to use the working email address you mentioned. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/account/

    Is there some other place you are trying to update your email address? If so please feel free to share the URL to the page you are on (where you are changing your email address) and we’re happy to take a closer look.
